Get your Grey Cup party stared with a Gibson's Touchdown!, the
Official Drink of the Grey Cup.
Inspired by Simon Ho, bartender at Toronto's The Drake Hotel,
the Gibson's Touchdown was developed by Laura Panter,
mixologist and owner of The Martini Club International.
Bartenders and mixologists from across Canada were invited to
participate in the search for the official drink of the Grey
Cup.  Spirits were raised and the entries poured
in.
Drinks were judged by its originality, practicality, balance of
flavour, presentation and inspiration. Cocktails were mixed,
shaken, stirred and tasted until the Gibson's Touchdown was
scored.
