Fifteen young participants in the Cops for Kids program and five adults are the guests of the Sudbury Wolves at their hockey game Sunday afternoon at Sudbury Arena.

The Greater Sudbury Police Service, along with Rev. Joshua Sklar of All Nations Church, has been sponsoring a Cops for Kids program in the Ryan Heights area for the last six months.

The program consists of police officers and church volunteers coming together with the young people to play sports and learn not only sportsmanship, but also important life skills and street smarts. The program takes place Tuesday nights in the gymnasium of Queen Elizabeth II Public School on Dell St.
