Erik plans on taking the batteries to the Recycling Plant on Frobisher Street to be disposed of properly. After collecting some batteries, he decided to do his Historica Fair Project about recycling, called What's in Your Bluebox.

Erik wanted to educate the staff and students at the school to not throw out old batteries because they contain mercury and other dangerous chemicals. For more information about recycling batteries, phone 311 or go to www.greatersudbury.ca.
