The staff and patients at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre recently celebrated its one-year anniversary. The 64-bed complex continuing care hospital, located at 1140 South Bay Rd., has developed several programs since opening its doors June 1, 2009.
The medically complex program and the functional enhancement program are now in place, while the geriatric rehabilitation program is still under development to help assist patients to attain their maximum rehabilitation potential.
