Raffles will take place each month, with the first round already in full swing. 

Tickets are available now for the first draw, which will take place on April 16. 

Tickets are 10 for $10, 60 for $20 and 150 for $50 and can be purchased online at hospicehug5050.ca

Proceeds from the 50/50 raffle support Maison McCulloch Hospice residents and families with direct care services, supplies and equipment. 

Funds will also be directed to food services and supplies as well as supportive care and resources.

“We hope that everyone will give the Hospice a Hug and buy a ticket,” Sudbury Hospice Foundation board chair Gerry Lougheed Jr said in a press release. 

“This 50/50 draw is definitely a WIN/WIN. You can win the jackpot and the Hospice wins by its share providing better care to those we love and live with.”
