Plane destined for Sudbury slides off taxiway

Sudbury Northern Life An Air Canada Jazz plane destined for Sudbury slid off the edge of the taxiway as it was preparing to take off from Pearson International Airport in Toronto Dec. 16 at around 11 p.m. CTV.

An Air Canada Jazz plane destined for Sudbury slid off the edge of the taxiway as it was preparing to take off from Pearson International Airport in Toronto Dec. 16 at around 11 p.m.

CTV.ca reported that none of the 35 people on board were injured in the mishap. Heavy snow was falling in Toronto at the time.

The aircraft was towed back to the terminal building. The flight was then cancelled.
