Earth, Seas and Air is a way for the entire family to reflect on the environment that surrounds us, and our role within it. It's also done in a fun way, so children and adults can both appreciate it.
Juno-nominated family performer Chris McKhool is putting on the performance as part of Earth Month at the Jubilee Centre April 29 — showtime is 2 p.m.
McKhool has been dubbed “Canada's greatest eco-troubador for young people.” He uses exotic instruments from around the world to entertain, enticing audiences with his original songs that have appeared on shows like Mr. Dressup, YTV's Treehouse, TVOntario and CBC.
Proceeds from his performance will be used to enhance Northern Lights Festival Boréal's green efforts at this year's festival.
Tickets are available from the NLFB office, 19 Grey St., Suite 3, and at Records on Wheels. They cost $15 for grownups and $10 for kids. For more information, visit nlfbsudbury.com.
