The City of Greater Sudbury now has pickleball equipment to lend to the public. The equipment is available at the Valley East and South End library locations.

Residents can use their library card to check out a kit for one week at a time. The kit includes the paddles, balls, net and instructions needed for a game of pickleball.

Lo-Ellen tennis courts now include dedicated pickleball lines, but the portable net can be set up on any tennis court.

Not sure what pickleball is? Check out this Sudbury.com video where we got a first-hand look at the sport.
