City adds 100 jobs, unemployment dips to 5.9%
Greater Sudbury's jobless rate dipped below six per cent last month, dropping to 5.9 per cent according to figures released by Statistics Canada on Friday. The city mirrored the drop in Ontario as a whole, which was 6.9 per cent, down 0.1.

Unoffical turnout for Sudbury vote sits at 39.9%
A total of 25,780 Sudburians turned out to vote in Thursday's byelection in Sudbury, according to still unofficial results from Elections Ontario. With 64,470 people eligible to vote in the city, that translates into a 39.
