The Greater Sudbury Police Service responded to a motor vehicle collision on Hwy 69 North, near the entrance to Little Stobbie Mine on Jan. 14 at 8 am.
One driver is alleged to have lost control of his vehicle on the slushy road and crossed into the path of a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction – he was charged with careless driving.
Both drivers were taken to hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.
