Break-in at school leads to charges

Two youth have been charged with break and enter after police responded to an alarm at St. Raphael School on Dublin Street early Thursday morning. Upon arriving at the scene, police observed two persons fleeing the vicinity of the school.

Two youth have been charged with break and enter after police responded to an alarm at St. Raphael School on Dublin Street early Thursday morning.

Upon arriving at the scene, police observed two persons fleeing the vicinity of the school. Both individuals were apprehended with assistance from members of Securitas Security Company. Officers were able to retrieve the stolen property from the break and enter.

As a result of this investigation, two youth have been charged.

An 18-year-old Sudbury man was charged with break, enter and theft and possession of stolen property. A 14-year-old youth was charged with break, enter and theft, possession of stolen property and breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
