Members of the Joint Forces Drug Unit, consisting of Greater Sudbury Police, the Ontario Provincial Police and the RCMP, executed a search warrant at a Kingsway residence Tuesday, seizing thousands of dollars worth of illegal drugs.
Approximately 220 grams of cocaine, worth about $22,000, seven grams of marijuana, worth $70 and $3,606 cash was seized.
Police have arrested three people in connection with the bust. All three have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and possession of property obtained by crime.
