UPDATE- Investigation has found that the driver, a 48-year-old British Columbia male, was impaired and testing registered readings over three times the legal limit.

UPDATE - The train has been moved and is no longer obstructing traffic. The investigation into the incident is continuing. 

A collision between a vehicle and a train in the area of O'Neil Drive in Garson this morning (April 9) at 11:45 a.m. sent the driver of the vehicle to hospital with minor injuries.

Both O'Neil Drive and Maley Drive are currently blocked. The train is expected to move in the next hour.
