Federal inmate wanted on nationwide warrant

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of her breach of parole.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of her breach of parole.

Michelle Morris is described as a First Nations female, 33 years of age, 5’6”, 137 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Morris has a scar on her right wrist. 

She is serving a five year and 11 month sentence for manslaughter.  Morris is known to frequent the areas of North Bay, Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay.
