A 17-year-old girl was charged with possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime Feb. 26 after police received a tip that she was selling marijuana-laced cookies at Sudbury Secondary School.

Police found her to be in possession of some of the marijuana-laced cookies. She was released from custody on the promise to appear in bail court April 16. She was also suspended from school for 20 days.
