A man was arrested Sunday night after allegedly threatening to use a gun.
The suspect made threats of using the firearm in the near future and described using it in past incidents.
A loaded sawed-off 12 gauge shotgun was located in a Copper Cliff residence. A 25-year-old man was arrested without incident.
He was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, tampering with a serial number on a firearm, careless use/storage of a firearm, and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
The suspect was held in police custody overnight and was sent to bail court Monday morning.
