Investigation continues

Greater Sudbury Police are continuing their investigation of a downtown restaurant in the early morning hours Thursday. Around 1:25 am, three males entered the Pita to Go at 40 Elm St.

Greater Sudbury Police are continuing their investigation of a downtown restaurant in the early morning hours Thursday.

Around 1:25 am, three males entered the Pita to Go at 40 Elm St. Two of the males remained at the counter, while the third approached the clerk. He demanded money, while pointing a knife. He obtained monies and all three fled on foot. No physical injuries were incurred.

The suspects are described as:

- Male with knife is about five foot eight, 195 pounds, with brown eyes and brown eyebrows. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jacket.

His face was disguised with a bandana. His voice had a high pitch and he spoke English with no accent.

- The second suspect is a male, five-foot-seven, 150 pounds with a black coat and hood. His face was also disguised with bandana.

- The third suspect is male. He was wearing a green toque and light black raincoat and also had a bandana covering face.
