The Greater Sudbury Police are advising the public that, as of 1 p.m., Sudbury Hydro is on scene at Kelly Lake Road repairing a broken hydro pole, which has caused a significant power outage in the west and south end of the City.
As a result, Kelly Lake Road is currently closed to traffic between Lorne Street and Copper Street.
Police will advise when the street reopens.
