Greater Sudbury Police are asking the public for their assistance in trying to catch a robbery suspect.
Last Wednesday around 9:35 pm, a male brandishing a weapon entered the Beaver Gas Bar on Lorne St., demanding money. The gas bar was robbed of approximately $200. The culprit fled on foot. He is described as being approximately 19 or 20 years old with a slim build. He was wearing a two-tone jacket. The top was blue and it had a red stripe. He has a creamy coloured scarf covering his face.
Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call Greater Sudbury Police at 675-9171 or Crime Stoppers at 675-TIPS.
