An accident in Rayside Balfour on Saturday night landed one person in  hospital and a second in jail.
Officers were called to the area of Paul Street at Laurier Street around 7:30 p.m. after a vehicle rolled over several times. The accident resulted in injuries to the two occupants. The passenger was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The 20-year-old male driver also suffered minor injuries but was taken into police custody and is facing multiple criminal charges, including dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, three counts of breach of probation and numerous Highway Traffic Act charges.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
