A 59-year-old man is facing several charges after crashing his vehicle into a light standard in Lively in the early morning hours of Feb. 23.
The collision, which didn't result in any injuries, closed the north side of Main Street for a time while Greater Sudbury Police investigated the incident.
Police say alcohol “appears to be a factor” in the collision.
The suspect has been charged with failure to provide a breath sample, dangerous driving, and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
He is due to appear in bail court Feb. 23.
