Walter, the dog who went missing after a serious car accident on The Kingsway, has been found and returned to his family.

The male caramel-coloured shepherd/Labrador mix was missing for close to two days before employees at a business on The Kingsway noticed the dog hanging around close to the accident scene and contacted the family.
Walter wasnÂ?t hurt and reports indicate he was scared but very relieved to back in the loving arms of his family.
His owner, the driver of the Chrysler Intrepid involved in the two-vehicle accident, is still in hospital in intensive condition.
Police are still looking for witnesses to the accident, which occurred around 9:30 am on July 14, in front of Laking Toyota. Anyone with information is asked to phone 675-9171.
