Members of the Greater Sudbury Police Service Uniform Division responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle from concerned citizens in the Chelmsford area on May 26 around 11:30 a.m.
Information indicated two individuals were acting in a strange fashion, getting in and out of a parked car and may have been consuming alcohol.
Police contained the area and were able to isolate the occupants and vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen from the southern Ontario area.
The two occupants have been arrested and charged with possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
