A man was arrested with threatening death Feb. 15 after he threatened to kill his neighbor by cutting out his heart.
The man had gotten in an argument with a neighbour in the Colonial Street area, and returned within minutes with a large kitchen knife. Officers arrived on the scene just after midnight, and found that the suspect had left the area.
The suspect was arrested just after 10 a.m. at his residence.
