Greater Sudbury Police were dispatched to the Parkwood Ave. and Ash St. area Feb. 27 at approximately 4:30 am in regards to a report of a suspicious person.
Officers arrested a 40-year-old man after a brief foot pursuit. He is alleged to have removed articles from a vehicle on Parkwood Ave.
He faces charges of theft, possession of stolen property and trespass by night. He was also wanted on outstanding warrants for failure to appear and breach of court documents.
