A youth was arrested Tueday evening after he was caught lighting a pile of leaves on fire behind a building on Barry Downe Road.
As a result of the fire from the leaves, a rear door to the structure caught on fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and minimal damage was caused.
The identification of the person arrested is being withheld under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
