Sudbury's Devon Kershaw claimed gold on Tuesday at the 2017 Canadian Ski Nationals in Canmore, Alta.
A veteran of the national ski tieam, he won the men's 15-kilometre race in a time of 45 mintues 5.3 seconds.
Kershaw is preparing to represent Canada at his fourth Olympic Winter Games next February.
