Track North's Kaitlyn Tallman placed 6th at the NCAA Eastern College Athletic Conference Indoor Track Championships this weekend in Boston, running a personal best time of 9:34.49 in the 3,000 metres.
Tallman, a Manitoulin Island native who competes for Villanova University, was only .49 seconds off the NCAA qualifying time of 9:34.0.
