Unemployment rates among youth on Manitoulin Island are high, but a new partnership is trying to change that by telling youth entrepreneurship is a viable way to earn a living.

Bill McLeod has taken an even more in-depth look at his hometown, Chapleau, in his most recent publication. McLeod, a former business professor at Cambrian College, has already penned two non-fiction books about the northern community.

The third and final film of a trilogy written, directed and produced by two Greater Sudbury men is opening the Cinema Summit at Cinéfest on Sept. 23.
