The Greater Sudbury Public Library Summer Reading Club has hired Phyllis Davison to perform at various library branches over the summer. Davison is an accomplished folksinger and storyteller.

Group seeks food charter The Food Security Network of Sudbury is hosting a public forum at the Downtown Farmers? Market, corner of Elm and Elgin Streets, Tuesday at 7 pm.

Dr. Roger Strasser, a native of Australia, will officially take up the position of founding dean of the Northern Medical School this week. Â?ItÂ?s a lot of work to do in quite a tight time frame,Â? said Strasser.
