A fatal motorcycle accident in Killarney left John Leslie Gill, 59, of Sarnia dead at the scene.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the accident at 7:30 pm on Oct. 21 on Hwy 637 in Killarney near the Bell Lake turnoff.
“I was halfway along when I noticed several cars pulled over to the side, and what looked like a bonfire on the side of the road,” said Heidi Ulrichsen, who witnessed the collision on her way home to Sudbury from Killarney. “I had to drive around a motorcycle helmet to get past.”
Hwy. 637 was closed for several hours.
