Greater Sudbury police have arrested three individuals for their part in a robbery which took place on Oct.14 at approx. 10:45 pm.
One of the accused is alleged to have entered the convenience store while wearing a disguise and demanded some money and displayed a replica firearm in his waistband. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, he ran from the store. A second suspect was inside the store during the robbery and the third party was outside. The store clerks were not injured.
Investigators have recovered the weapon and some of the money taken.
Joseph Veaudry, 20, and two young males, 15 and 17, have since been arrested and are charged with robbery with weapon – the 17 year-old also faces a charge of disguise with intent.
