A 68-year-old man was treated and released from hospital this weekend following an attack in Bell Park.
Police say the man was walking on the boardwalk at around 5:30 am Saturday when he was attacked and robbed. He suffered a broken nose along with bruises and swelling as a result of being punched in the face several times.
The suspect is described as a white man, 25 years old, five-foot-eight, 180 pounds and a medium build. He was wearing a dark jacket, light blue jeans and a baseball cap worn backwards.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers at 675-TIPS.
