A Greater Sudbury man was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography July 16.
Keith Thornton was due to attend bail court July 17.
The arrest was made after a joint investigation by the Greater Sudbury Police Service cyber crime unit in conjunction with Canada and international police agencies.
Numerous computers and data storage devices were seized from Thornton's home, and evidence of child pornography was located.
