On Wednesday, March 6 at approx. 6:15 am, a local man was leaving his apartment on Bond St. with a bag containing the cash float for his business.
He was confronted by an unknown suspect carrying a hammer who ordered him back into his apartment, say Greater Sudbury Police.
The victim dropped the bag, re-entered his unit and locked the door. The suspect left the scene with the cash float.
He is described as Caucasian, short with stocky build, wearing a black jacket and black balaclava.
