A male and a female were walking in the area of Frood Road and Beech Street on May 11 when they were approached by a lone person, who shoved the male to the ground, grabbed the female’s purse and took off.
The suspect tripped and fell, spilling the contents of the purse on the ground.
No one was injured in the incident.
The male was described as being 6 feet tall and wearing a hooded sweatshirt. Despite the limited description, the Greater Sudbury Police Service is hoping there may be more witnesses that can help identify the suspect.
