On Sept. 22, 2006, police responded to a robbery that had occurred at the ATM on the corner of Durham and Elm Streets.
The male victim, 51, stated that he was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money he had just taken out of the bank machine.
A 24-year-old female was arrested and charged in Jan. 2007 – she was subsequently convicted of theft under and assault.
An arrest warrant was later issued for Nimrod Vautour, 32. He was arrested without incident on Dec. 13 and is charged with Robbery. The victim was not injured in the incident and there were no weapons involved.
