The Greater Sudbury Police Service responded to a break and enter in progress in the south end of the city Monday afternoon.
The complainant was sleeping when he heard someone rummaging through his bedroom. He awoke to find a lone male in his bedroom with a tire iron in one hand and a large kitchen knife in the other. The suspect ordered the victim to remain in the bed until he was done.
It is unknown at this time as to how the suspect fled the area. No one was hurt in this incident.
