Teen steals hundreds of dollars after beating victim
A 15-year-old teenager was jumped by another at the New Sudbury Shopping Centre, and had hundreds of dollars stolen. He was jumped by a 13-year-old girl, who punched and kicked him until she was able to take the money from him.

Police ask for assistance locating missing teen
The Greater Sudbury Police are asking for the public's assistance in finding missing teen Cassandra Osborne. The 15-year-old was reported missing on Feb. 2, but was last seen on Feb. 28 and is believed to be in the downtown area.

Occupants of Hanmer home shaken by fire-bombing
A drive-by fire-bombing of a Hanmer House on Feb. 28 was not a random act of violence, according to Greater Sudbury Police. The house, on Lafontaine Street in Hanmer, was occupied when incendiary devices were thrown at the building, around 11:30 p.m.

Around 7:25 p.m., March 2, a man entered the Ramsey Food Mart on Elgin Street, brandishing a handgun. He allegedly demanded money from the clerk, and fled the store with an undisclosed amount, according to a report from the Greater Sudbury Police.
