Contraband cigarettes seized in Chelmsford

The Sudbury unit of the RCMP conducted a warranted search of a Chelmsford residence Aug. 26, seizing $8,500 in cigarettes and over $11,000 in cash. Charged under the Excise act are Rejean Devost and Rachel Devost of Chelmsford.
