Priest found guilty of more groping

By Keith Lacey Two more of Donald Holmes? victims wiped away tears as the disgraced Roman Catholic priest was found guilty Friday of two counts of sexual assault for incidents which took place in Sault Ste. Marie 15 years ago.

Accident on Highway 69

West Parry Sound OPP came across a single vehicle collision on Highway 69, north of Parry Sound in the early hours of Thursday morning. The driver apparently lost control of his vehicle and hit a rock cut.

Mongeon pushed prescription drugs

A Sudbury man will be going to jail for trafficking a large amount of prescription pills. Maurice Mongeon, who is in his 50s, pleaded guilty Tuesday to possessing morphine pills for the purpose of trafficking.
