Sudbury MPP Rick Bartolucci has recommended the Joe Mac Committee for a crime-fighting award. Is there really no end to this man's hypocrisy and blatant self-promotion? He is the JoeMac Committee. He founded it, and he's now trying to award himself.

Sudburians thought they elected intelligent, fiscally responsible and generally astute people to manage and direct Greater" Sudbury's affairs. Our councillors proved us wrong.

I am amazed information carried in the Feb. 14, edition (about the Solicitor General's comments to the JoeMac Committee) has not been responded to by anyone.

I am very upset to think VON nurses lost their contract with the Sudbury-Manitoulin Community Care Access Centre. They are a very dedicated group of nurses who were such a blessing to me and my husband. His desire was to die at home.
