Two youth have been charged with break and enter after police responded to an alarm at St. Raphael School on Dublin Street early Thursday morning. Upon arriving at the scene, police observed two persons fleeing the vicinity of the school.

The Public’s assistance is requested in locating a missing 15-year-old male. He was last seen on July 17 in Toronto. Joshua Redden is described as Caucasian, approximately six feet tall, 196 pounds, with sandy blond, short hair and a fair complexion.

The police are asking for the public's assistance in helping to identify the culprit(s) responsible for a break, enter and theft from the Rona Cashway on Barry Downe Road. Investigation revealed the incident had taken place on or about July 14.

A 46-year-old man from the West End of Sudbury was arrested July 16 after breath samples revealed he had consumed more than four times the amount of alcohol allowed while in control of a vehicle. At around 10:20 p.m.

A Greater Sudbury man was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography July 16. Keith Thornton was due to attend bail court July 17.

On July 16, police were called after a complaint about a father and son who were alleged to be fighting in the city's west end. The investigation led to the father being arrested for impaired driving and blowing over the legal limit.

The public's assistance is requested in locating a 15-year-old Zachary Swyer, who has been missing since July 5. He is described as approximately five-foot-eight and 165 pounds. He is white with brown shaved hair and hazel eyes.

Sudbury OPP have been advised of a possible Internet scam designed to obtain vital personal information for the purpose of identity theft. Officers contacted PhoneBusters National Call Centre, who confirmed this to be a common scam.
