OPP investigate death of nursing home resident

Teen, quad, break through ice on Whitewater Lake
A 16-year-old boy is lucky to be alive after falling through the ice on Whitewater Lake in Azilda. Greater Sudbury police say the teen was driving a quad about 200 meters from the north shoreline near Lakeview St. when the quad broke through the ice.
