Effective Sept. 30, the Chief Firearms Office for Ontario will no longer be available for walk-in client services within the Greater Sudbury Police Service building. Firearms Officers are however, still assigned to the Greater Sudbury area.

Suspended driver behind the wheel again

A Capreol man has been caught once again behind the wheel of a motor vehicle after numerous court visits prohibiting him from driving. On Sept. 29, around 3 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Municipal Road 84 in Valley East.
